PAGCOR Register Change Log: Who Was Added, Removed or Re-Domained in 2026

PAGCOR's register of gaming system administrators went from 65 entries to 59 between its 6 January and 20 October 2026 editions, and the licensed-casino list from 12 to 9. Every added, removed and re-domained entry, with page and entry numbers and a downloadable CSV.

PAGCOR Register Change Log: Who Was Added, Removed or Re-Domained in 2026

Between PAGCOR's 6 January and 20 October 2026 editions, the register of gaming system administrators (List A) went from 65 entries to 59: eight entries were absent by the 20 August edition, two new ones appeared, and nothing was added or removed after that. The second register, the list of licensed casinos' online brands (List B), went from 12 entries to 9. PAGCOR publishes each register as a single dated PDF that is overwritten in place, so this page compares the editions we could recover and records what differs, with the page and entry number for every row.

The full record is in a spreadsheet: Download the CSV. It has 496 rows, UTF-8, one row per change, last checked on 2 and 3 November 2026. We compare the official PDFs; we do not test platforms, and nothing here says whether a platform is good or bad. A row only says what a given PDF printed.

What We Compared, and the Gaps You Should Know About

PAGCOR's regulatory page links two registers that matter for players. List A lists gaming system administrators with their registered brands, sub-brands, main domains, sub-domains and additional URLs. List B does the same for the online brands of licensed casinos. Both carry an "as of" date in the PDF heading, and that date is what we call the edition.

Three limits apply to every row below.

  • Dates are bracketed, not exact. A change is dated to the first edition we hold that shows it. A row dated 2026-08-20 means the entry was in the 21 April edition and not in the 20 August one; PAGCOR does not say when in between it happened, and the PDFs give no reason.
  • We only see editions that were captured. The same file address now serves only the newest edition, so older ones come from archive captures. Editions that were never captured are invisible to us, and a change could have appeared and reversed between two captures we hold.
  • Nothing before 6 January 2026 is compared. PAGCOR's page also still links four older files in a split layout (brands and sub-brands, and domains, for each register), all marked as of 4 December 2025 and last modified on 9 December 2025. We did not merge them into this log.

We checked the archive copies against files this site had downloaded from pagcor.ph itself: the 27 August List A and both the 20 and 27 August List B copies are byte-identical to those downloads. The 6 January, 21 April and 8 October editions rest on the archive capture alone.

Entry numbers are row counters, not permanent IDs. Filbet was entry 21 in List A in January and April and entry 20 from 20 August, because rows above it were removed. Always quote the edition date with an entry number.

Entries Added and Removed

Eleven entries are absent from a later edition and two appeared. All of them sit between 21 April and 20 October 2026, and in List A none moved after the 20 August edition. The "Official file" column gives the list, the edition the page and entry number come from, then page and entry. For removed rows that is the earlier edition, where the entry was still printed.

Licensee names above are shortened to the text before the first bracket; the CSV carries each name exactly as PAGCOR printed it. The Kaizen entry prints a domain but no main brand. HANN PHILIPPINES, INC. left List B on 20 August but is still in List A in the 20 October edition, so a name can drop out of one register and stay in the other.

Two more entry-level notes are in the CSV.

  • Footnote on King. In the 21 April List A edition, the World Platinum Technologies entry (brand King) carries a caret and a footnote reading "FOR WINDING DOWN, FOR PURPOSES OF WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS / CREDITS". The entry is absent from the 20 August edition. The footnote is printed in the PDF; we have no PAGCOR statement on timing beyond that.
  • Name-text changes. Four entries kept the same brand and domain but the licensee text changed: Legend Link (21 April, List A), Casino Plus's company name text (21 April, List B), ESAT (20 August, List A, an added full stop) and IGO (20 October, List A, "HIGH" dropped). We record these as name changes, not as new entries.

Main Domain Changes

A main domain is the single address in the Main Domain column. The main domain changed 23 times across the two lists between editions. Where the old address is still printed elsewhere in the same entry, the CSV note says so; if it vanished from the entry altogether, the note says that too.

The same entries often changed brand text in step with the domain. Twenty-three brand-name changes are in the CSV, for example NWR Play becoming Newport Epic World in List A on 8 October and in List B on 20 October.

Churn in the Smaller Columns

Sub-domains and additional URLs move far more than entries do. Between the first and last edition List A gained 166 domain rows and lost 59, and List B gained 25 and lost 8, counted per entry and edition, so a domain that is added and dropped again counts twice. The biggest single jump is the 8 October List A edition, with 70 additions, 64 of them under four entries (Gbet, MegaPerya, Newport Epic World and Buenas). These are individual rows in the CSV under the types "domain added" and "domain removed", plus "sub-brand added" and "sub-brand removed".

Where the 15 Brands We Have Checked Sit

We have published PAGCOR register checks for 15 brands. This table gives the entry number under which each is printed in three editions, so you can see how the numbers shift. It is a lookup aid, not a ranking, and it says nothing about the platforms beyond where they are printed.

Look-Alike Domains: Only the Exact String Counts

A register entry covers the exact domains printed in it, nothing similar. If brand.ph is printed, brand999.com is not covered, and neither is brand.ph.com, brand-ph.net or a Telegram handle with the same name. A case from the data: the 27 August List A edition dropped bingoplusandroid3.com and bingoplusio3.com from the BingoPlus entry and printed binggoplusandroid3.com, bingoplusios3.com and binggoplus.net instead, so a one-letter difference was the difference between printed and not printed. Compare character by character against the edition you are checking, and note its as-of date.

For the step-by-step lookup, see our guide to the official PAGCOR Guarantee checker and the fake-logo scam and our short guide to spotting a real PAGCOR-licensed casino. Game suppliers sit on a different list; the supplier deadline is explained in this article.

How We Built the Log

We open each official PDF, read every row of the table, and compare editions entry by entry. The first step was a script that reads the table cells from the PDF; the second was a check that every domain the script found appears in the PDF's own text, and that no domain-like text in the PDF was missed. We then opened the pages behind sample rows to read them by eye. A row we could not match to the PDF would have been left out; none had to be.

The CSV columns are register_date, change_type, brand, licensee, domain, source_file, source_url and checked_at, followed by pdf_page, entry_no, page_ref_version, version_copy and notes. Change types are baseline, added, removed, licensee name change, brand change, domain change, note, domain added, domain removed, sub-brand added and sub-brand removed. The baseline rows (77) are the 6 January editions of both lists; every other row is a difference from the previous edition.

We re-run the comparison monthly and append rows when PAGCOR posts a new as-of date.

What This Log Cannot Tell You

It cannot say why an entry left a register. The PDFs give no reasons and we do not guess. An entry being absent does not by itself tell you what happened to the company or its players' balances. An entry being present tells you only that the name and domain were printed on that date; it is not a review, a rating or a promise about how any platform treats its players.

It also cannot see a site that never appears on either list. A platform missing from both registers may sit under a different brand, a different sub-domain, a different PAGCOR list, or no licence at all, and this page cannot tell those cases apart. Check the exact domain in your browser address bar against the current PDFs and PAGCOR's own checker before you deposit pesos.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often does PAGCOR update its register of brands and domains?

PAGCOR does not publish an update schedule that we could find. The editions we hold are dated 6 January, 21 April, 20 August, 27 August, 8 October and 20 October 2026, with gaps from 7 days to about four months. The file is overwritten at the same web address, so we re-check it monthly and add rows when a new as-of date appears (last checked 2 and 3 November 2026).

Why is a platform I use not on the PAGCOR register?

The PDFs give no reasons, so this log cannot say. The register matches exact brands and domains, so the platform may sit under a different brand or domain, appear on the other register, or not be listed at all. Compare the exact address in your browser with the current PDFs and PAGCOR's own checker before you deposit. Players must be 21 or over.

brand.ph is on the register. Does brand999.com count?

No. Only the exact domains printed in the entry count, so look-alike names, extra characters and different endings are not covered. In the 27 August 2026 edition, one BingoPlus address changed by a single letter between printed forms, which is why we compare character by character and note the edition date.

What does it mean when an entry is marked removed in this log?

It means the entry is printed in the earlier edition and absent from the edition on the row's date. PAGCOR does not state when or why. For example, the King entry carried a footnote about winding down in the 21 April 2026 edition and was absent from the 20 August 2026 edition; the PDFs say nothing more.
