Who we are
PH Casino Advice is an independent information website about online casinos in the Philippines. We do not operate any gambling service, take bets or hold player funds. You can reach us at any time through the contact form on our Contact page.
What we collect
- Contact form. If you write to us, we receive the name, email address, optional company name, inquiry type and message that you type in. They are stored in our database so we can read and answer your message.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views, visitors and sessions. Google collects this usage data, such as the pages you view and details about your device and browser, through its tag on our pages.
- Outbound clicks. When you use a “Visit Site” button, you pass through our /go link before reaching the casino. We record which casino was clicked, the time, and a short source label if you arrived through a tagged link (for example one of our Telegram posts). This record does not contain your name, email address or IP address.
- Share buttons. If you tap a share button, we record the channel you picked (for example Telegram) and which page or item was shared, with no personal details.
- Server data. To protect the contact form and click counter from abuse, your IP address is held briefly in server memory to count requests per minute; it is not saved to our database. Our hosting provider, Vercel, also handles technical request data such as IP addresses in order to deliver pages.
How we use it
We use contact messages only to respond to you. We use analytics and click counts to see which guides and reviews are useful and which referrals work, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
- Google Analytics sets its own first-party cookies to tell one visit from another.
- We set one cookie of our own, “dtc_src”, only when the address you arrive on contains a utm_source tag. It stores that short source label for 30 minutes so a later casino click can be credited correctly.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works. You can also use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Third parties
We rely on Google (Analytics), Supabase (database and image storage) and Vercel (hosting). Each handles data under its own privacy policy. Casino links on this site lead to independent operators; once you leave our site their own privacy policies apply, not this one.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as we need them to handle your inquiry and keep a record of it, and are deleted when you ask. Click and share records contain no personal identifiers and are kept as statistics.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold from your contact message, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact form, using the same email address as your original message so we can match it. We cannot look up analytics data by person, because we do not hold it in that form.
Age 21+
This website is for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 21. If you think a younger person has sent us their details, tell us through the contact form and we will delete them.
Changes
If our practices change, we will update this page and its date. Using the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
