Where to Play PG Soft in the Philippines: 3 PAGCOR-Listed Platforms Compared
Of the platforms this site has reviewed so far, three have domains on PAGCOR's published lists and also had public pages showing PG Soft games when we checked on 27 October 2026: BingoPlus, ArenaPlus and NuSTAR. Only BingoPlus has a page built around the provider itself, filed under PG Soft's formal name, Pocket Games Soft. ArenaPlus and NuSTAR publish posts about individual PG Soft titles, but we could not confirm a PG Soft category inside either lobby, and we say so in each row below.
None of the three publishes a minimum deposit on its public pages, and all three list e-wallets that you should treat as the operator's own claim until you see them in the cashier. The table gives the short version; the sections after it explain how each fact was found and how much weight it can carry.
The Three Platforms Side by Side
| Platform | PAGCOR domain (list date) | PG Soft lobby found? (checked, how) | Deposit methods (conservative) | Minimum deposit | 21+ |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| BingoPlus | bingoplus.com and bingoplus.ph, under AB Leisure Exponent, Inc. (list as of 17 September 2026) | Indexed provider page (returned an error when opened 27 Oct 2026); slot sub-domain game pages opened (bingoplus.com/play/pocket-games-soft/; slot.bingoplus.com) | Operator lists GCash, Maya, GrabPay, bank transfer; confirm in the cashier after registering | Not published on the operator's public pages (checked 2026-11-01) | Yes, 21+ only |
| ArenaPlus | arenaplus.ph (accredited brand list as of 20 August 2026) | Not confirmed: PG Soft single-game guides on arenaplus.ph/insider/blog/slots/, no lobby category seen (27 October 2026) | Operator lists GCash, Maya, bank transfer; confirm in the cashier after registering | Not published on the operator's public pages (checked 2026-11-01) | Yes, 21+ only |
| NuSTAR | nustargame.ph, entry No. 43 under Premier Online Digital Entertainment Corporation (list as of 20 August 2026) | Not confirmed: one PG Soft game post (Pinata Wins) on blog.nustargame.com, no lobby category seen (27 October 2026) | Operator lists GCash, Maya, bank transfer, QRPH; confirm in the cashier after registering | Not published on the operator's public pages (checked 2026-11-01) | 21+ by law; its own site markup says 18+ |
How to read it: the domain column comes from PAGCOR's list of accredited gaming system administrators and registered brands and domains, in the version cited on each platform's page on this site. The lobby column is about what was publicly visible, not about what a logged-in player sees; several of these sites block visitors outside the Philippines, so a "not confirmed" means we could not see it, not that it is missing. The deposit column repeats each operator's own listing and nothing more.
Why Only Three Platforms, for Now
These are the three platforms this site has reviewed so far whose PAGCOR domain we checked ourselves and which also showed PG Soft content on a public page when we looked on 27 October 2026. That is the real basis for the list, and it is narrower than "every licensed site with PG Soft". Other licensed platforms may well carry the provider; we have not finished reviewing them, so they are not named here, and we will add them as each review is done. A platform missing from this page is not a sign that it lacks a licence or lacks PG Soft.
Two limits shape the results. First, these operators commonly restrict traffic from outside the Philippines, so some pages could only be seen through search-engine listings rather than opened directly. Second, a provider page or a blog post shows that a platform carries or promotes PG Soft; it does not prove that every PG Soft title is live in your lobby on the day you log in. Game line-ups change without notice.
BingoPlus: The Clearest PG Soft Signal
BingoPlus is on PAGCOR's list as of 17 September 2026 under AB Leisure Exponent, Inc. (ABLE), with bingoplus.com and bingoplus.ph as its domains. It belongs to DigiPlus Interactive Corp., which is listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange, and PAGCOR files it under traditional bingo games. Bingo is the core product, and slots are the second pillar.
It is also the only one of the three with a page dedicated to the provider. Search engines index a BingoPlus page at bingoplus.com/play/pocket-games-soft/ carrying the Pocket Games Soft name. When we tried to open that main-site page on 27 October 2026 it returned a server error, but single-game pages on the slot.bingoplus.com sub-domain did open, including one for Mahjong Ways 2.
How to find the PG Soft category on BingoPlus
What we actually observed on 27 October 2026 is limited to public pages: the indexed provider page at bingoplus.com/play/pocket-games-soft/, labelled with the formal name Pocket Games Soft, and single-game pages on slot.bingoplus.com. We have not seen the logged-in lobby, so the steps that follow are a general expectation, not a description of BingoPlus's screens. Slot lobbies typically group games by provider; if yours offers a provider filter, try "Pocket Games Soft" as well as "PG Soft", since the public page uses the formal name. If it has a search box, searching a title such as Mahjong Ways or Fortune Tiger is another route. Open on BingoPlus (registration required), and read the game's paytable before your first spin, since that is where the platform's RTP version is stated. One point to note: the Mahjong Ways 2 page exists, but that title is not on PAGCOR's 19 May 2026 EGLD list for PG Soft, which is explained further down.
The honest limits: we could not check BingoPlus's cashier, because its site blocks visitors from outside the Philippines, and our BingoPlus page notes that its table-game range has not been verified. If your plan is PG Soft slots, that gap matters less than it would for a blackjack player.
ArenaPlus: Sportsbook First, PG Soft Through Its Slot Guides
ArenaPlus is on PAGCOR's accredited brand list as of 20 August 2026, with arenaplus.ph as its main domain, registered under a different DigiPlus subsidiary from the one behind BingoPlus. It is built around sports betting, with PBA, NBA and PVL markets, and our own ArenaPlus page records that its casino and slots depth is thinner than at slots-led platforms.
The PG Soft evidence is editorial rather than a lobby page. ArenaPlus publishes single-game PG Soft guides in its Insider blog under arenaplus.ph/insider/blog/slots/, and we found two indexed on 27 October 2026. Whether those titles sit under a PG Soft category in the logged-in casino section, we could not confirm.
How to find the PG Soft category on ArenaPlus
Here the only observed evidence is the Insider guides indexed under arenaplus.ph/insider/blog/slots/ on 27 October 2026; we have not seen the logged-in casino section, so treat what follows as a general approach. After registering, leave the sportsbook tabs and open the casino or slots section. If your lobby offers a provider filter, try both "PG Soft" and "Pocket Games Soft"; if it offers a search box, try the exact title from one of the Insider guides. If the game opens, PG Soft content is live for your account. If you find neither, assume the slot range is limited and do not deposit on the strength of a blog post.
NuSTAR: A PG Soft Game Post, With Some Gaps to Note
NuSTAR is entry No. 43 of PAGCOR's list of accredited gaming system administrators and registered domains (as of 20 August 2026), under Premier Online Digital Entertainment Corporation. The live domain is nustargame.ph; the same entry also registers nustargame.com, nustaronline.vip and nustargame.com.ph. That entry is separate from the land-based NuSTAR Resort & Casino, which PAGCOR lists under a different company.
The PG Soft signal is a single game post: blog.nustargame.com carries an article on Pinata Wins, a PG Soft title, and it was indexed when we checked on 27 October 2026. We could not find a PG Soft category on any public page, so treat this one as the least certain of the three.
How to find the PG Soft category on NuSTAR
The observed evidence is one indexed post on blog.nustargame.com (27 October 2026); we have not seen the lobby, so these steps are a general expectation too. Make sure you are on nustargame.ph or one of the domains registered under entry No. 43, then register and open the slots or electronic casino games area. If the lobby lists games by provider, look for PG Soft or Pocket Games Soft; if it has a search box, try Pinata Wins by name. If the game opens, the provider is live for your account; if not, the blog post may be all there is.
Two gaps from our NuSTAR page are worth knowing before you sign up. The site publishes no company name or licence number in its page source, so you have to bring the PAGCOR list with you to match it. And its own FAQ markup describes an 18+ minimum, while the Philippine minimum is 21. Treat 21 as the floor regardless of what any page says.
Checking a Platform's Domain on PAGCOR's List Yourself
Many sites show a licence claim in their footer; the domain in your address bar is what you can actually check. It takes a few minutes:
- Go to pagcor.ph and open the Regulatory section.
- Find the PDF titled List of PAGCOR-Accredited Gaming System Administrators and Registered Brands and Domain Names/URLs. The research behind this page used the 20 October 2026 version, at this PAGCOR link. Each platform row cites the PAGCOR list version its review on this site was checked against (17 September 2026 for BingoPlus, 20 August 2026 for ArenaPlus and NuSTAR); the newest version available during this research was dated 20 October 2026, and we will refresh the rows as each review is re-checked.
- Search the PDF for the brand, then compare the registered domain letter by letter with the one in your browser. A look-alike with an extra word or a different ending is not covered by the entry.
- Note the "as of" date on the PDF. PAGCOR updates these lists, which is why the dates in our table differ between platforms.
Our guide to spotting a real PAGCOR-licensed casino walks through the same check in more detail.
Deposits: What the Operators List, and What You Can Rely On
All three operators list GCash among their payment methods, along with Maya and bank transfer; BingoPlus adds GrabPay and NuSTAR adds QRPH. That is the operator's listing, not a confirmed route. GCash's own Help Center states that licensed gaming top-up and withdrawal services were removed from GCash effective 16 August 2025, so confirm the cashier options after registering. Apply the same caution to every other method in the list: it counts once you see it in the cashier with your own account.
As for credit cards, PAGCOR said on 2025-12-10 it had banned them, so do not plan around a card deposit.
None of the three publishes a minimum deposit on its public pages (checked 2026-11-01), and we are not going to guess one. The same goes for promotions: we have no operator terms page to link for any offer, so this page quotes no bonus figures. If a welcome offer matters to you, read the terms on the operator's own site after logging in, paying attention to wagering requirements and which games count, since slot contributions vary by promotion.
Once You're In: Which PG Soft Titles to Check First
This page is about where, not which, so keep the game detail short. PG Soft games appear on PAGCOR's EGLD-approved electronic games list (as of 19 May 2026), published as POCKET-GAMES-SOFT.pdf. That list goes title by title. Mahjong Ways (96.92% published RTP) and Fortune Tiger (96.81%) are on it, and so is Fortune Mouse (96.96%). Mahjong Ways 2 has a 96.95% published RTP but is not on the 19 May 2026 list, so we do not describe it as approved.
Those percentages are PG Soft's published figures. Operators can be supplied different RTP versions of the same title, so the number that applies to you is the one in the paytable on the platform you use. Our PG Soft RTP ranking compares ten titles and shows where to find the RTP inside a game, and the PG Soft slots guide covers the studio's catalogue in general.
On the studio itself, PG Soft states on its site that it holds MGA and Gibraltar licences and BMM/GA certification. That describes the studio, not any platform; the PG Soft provider page keeps the full spec table and the legality notes together.
What This Comparison Can't Tell You
We have not played on these platforms, and nothing here is a first-hand account of a lobby, a deposit or a withdrawal. The facts come from PAGCOR's published lists, the operators' own public pages as indexed on 27 October 2026, and the payment lists those operators publish. That makes the page good for answering "is this platform licensed, and does it show PG Soft anywhere?" and weak for answering "how fast are withdrawals?" or "which exact titles are live today?".
There is no playable demo on this site for any PG Soft title. Trying a game means registering on a licensed platform, verifying your identity with government ID, and staking real pesos. A published RTP is a long-run average across a huge number of spins, not a forecast for your session, and no platform choice changes that.
If a platform's status changes, for example if its domain drops off a newer PAGCOR list, the right move is to stop using it until the record is clear, whatever this page said when you read it.
21 and Over, Within a Budget
All three platforms are for adults 21 and over, and Philippine rules also bar students of any school, college or university in the country. Decide a peso limit before you open a game, and stop when it is used up rather than reloading from your wallet. If gambling has stopped feeling like entertainment, call (02) 8248-9568, the National Problem Gambling Helpline, which PAGCOR publicises but which is not a PAGCOR number.
