Is Luckyi Legit in the Philippines? PAGCOR Check (2026)

Is Luckyi Legit in the Philippines? PAGCOR Check (2026)

Luckyi is entry No. 7 on PAGCOR's administrators register dated 27 August 2026, under CYBER DOT COM TECHNOLOGY CORP., and LuckyGame is one of its sub-brands. We have not reviewed the platform. This page lists the nine registered addresses, what each returned when we opened them, why the word Lucky appears on twelve companies' rows, and why fourteen official-looking lookalikes do not count.

Is Luckyi Legit in the Philippines? PAGCOR Check (2026)

Luckyi appears on PAGCOR's register dated 27 August 2026 under CYBER DOT COM TECHNOLOGY CORP. (Cyber Dot), and LuckyGame is one of its registered sub-brands on the same row. We have not reviewed the platform, so this page sticks to what the row records and how to test the address on your screen.

The short version for anyone who searched "lucky game legit or not": yes, a brand called LuckyGame is printed on PAGCOR's list, with exactly two addresses, luckygame.ph and luckygameph.com. A site calling itself LuckyGame anywhere else is not covered by that line, however official its page title sounds.

Our method, all on 19 September 2026: pull both current PDFs straight off pagcor.ph, zoom row No. 7 to four times its printed size and read it by eye instead of trusting a text copy, hold it against the 20 August edition (no change in that row), then visit each of its nine addresses.

Entry No. 7, Exactly as Printed

The administrators register is a fourteen-page PDF of 59 numbered entries that ends with the words NOTHING FOLLOWS. Here is row No. 7, cell by cell:

Register columnPAGCOR list A, as of 27 Aug 2026, entry No. 7

Main Domainluckyi.com
Sub-domainviplucky.com; luckytok.com; luckygame.ph; luckystarph.com; luckyclub.ph; luckyv.com
Additional URLluckygameph.com; luckyi.ph

That is one main brand, six sub-brands and nine addresses. None of the nine repeats, and none has a www. variant listed, so the count stays at nine however you normalise it.

Not one of the four offerings has a star beside it. The footnote on the register's final page says a star marks an offering that has "yet to commence commercial operations", so nothing in this row is flagged as approved but idle on the listing date.

Luckyi does not appear on PAGCOR's second register, the one covering licensed casinos. We searched its full text for luckyi, viplucky, luckygame, luckytok, luckyv and cyber: every one of them returned zero. That is normal for an online administrator; if someone says "I checked PAGCOR and it's not there", ask which PDF they opened.

LuckyGame: Same Company, Two Addresses

Plenty of people search for LuckyGame without ever typing Luckyi, so it gets its own section.

On the register, LuckyGame is the third sub-brand of entry No. 7. It is the only name in the row with two registered addresses: luckygame.ph in the sub-domain column and luckygameph.com in the additional URL column. Every other sub-brand has one address, and the main brand has luckyi.com plus luckyi.ph.

Two things follow from that.

First, "lucky game" with a space, and "luckygames" with an s, appear nowhere on either register. Searches for the plural show up in Philippine autocomplete alongside words like casino and Maya, but the register only knows the singular brand LuckyGame and its two addresses. Anything built on the plural spelling is a different name.

Second, the page titles of imitation sites lean heavily on the registered address itself. Of the six unregistered LuckyGame-named sites we opened on 19 September 2026, five had "LuckyGame.PH" in their browser title while sitting on a completely different address. The title borrows the registered name; the address bar is the only part that counts.

"Lucky" Is on Twelve Companies' Rows

The root word Lucky is attached to Luckyi alone: entry No. 7 is the only row whose Root Word column reads exactly Lucky. The word itself is another matter.

We pulled every token containing "lucky" out of the 27 August administrators register. It appears 48 times, spread across twelve different entries run by twelve different companies. Besides Cyber Dot, the rows include brands and addresses such as LuckyBunny (entry No. 4), LuckyWin (No. 9), LuckyU (No. 27), LUCKY TAYA (No. 33), LuckyPlay (No. 37), desklucky (No. 46), Luckybetsg8 (No. 48), NWR Lucky World (No. 54) and Lucky88 (No. 56), plus single addresses containing lucky inside entries No. 1 and No. 45. The casinos register adds two more rows carrying the word, and one company, entry No. 44, has a name that starts with PURE LUCK.

So "it has Lucky in the name" tells you almost nothing. Twelve licensees use the word, each on its own short list of addresses, and a site whose name happens to sound similar belongs to none of them unless its exact address appears in a row. Match the full address against one specific entry.

The Names and the Addresses Do Not Always Match

Read the row slowly and a few pairings look odd.

Sub-brand as printedAddress it sits besideWhat is different
VIPLuckyiviplucky.comthe address drops the final i
LuckyStarluckystarph.comthe address adds ph before .com
LuckyGameluckygame.ph and luckygameph.comtwo addresses, two suffix styles
Luckyvluckyv.combrand and address match

The register prints the sub-brands and the sub-domain addresses in two separate columns, in the same order, so the pairing above is our reading of that order, not a label PAGCOR prints. Either way, the lesson for a player is simple: you cannot build a registered address by typing the brand name and adding .com. vipluckyi.com, luckystar.ph and luckygame.com each return zero hits on both registers.

What the Nine Registered Addresses Returned

We opened all nine on 19 September 2026, from a connection outside the Philippines, and checked DNS through a public resolver.

ResultCountAddresses
HTTP 403 block page from a network security service4luckyi.com, luckygame.ph, luckyv.com, luckygameph.com
HTTP 567, a non-standard code from a content-delivery edge1luckyi.ph
Domain-marketplace page offering the name for sale1viplucky.com
Registrar parking page saying the name was recently registered1luckystarph.com
Nameservers exist but no address record, so nothing loads1luckytok.com
Near-empty app page titled with a different club name, not LuckyClub1luckyclub.ph

The first five look like a gated operation. The main domain, both LuckyGame addresses and Luckyv refuse foreign traffic behind the same kind of security wall, and luckyi.ph answers with an unusual status code. From abroad we cannot see what a Philippine visitor gets, and we are not guessing.

The last four are the finding worth a second look. On the listing date, six sub-brand addresses were on the row. On 19 September 2026, three of them were not showing anything we could connect to the brand: one was listed for sale to the public on a domain marketplace, one was a registrar's parking page, and one did not resolve at all. A fourth loaded a bare application shell whose title names some other club.

We tested from one place on one day, so treat this as a snapshot. It still shows a structural gap in how registers work. PAGCOR prints addresses; it does not print who controls them this week. An address can sit on the list while it is parked, for sale, or pointing somewhere unrelated, and the PDF will not change until the next edition. A registered address that shows a different brand name should make you stop, not reassure you.

Fourteen Lookalikes, All Off the Register

On the same day we searched the way a Filipino player would — Luckyi login, LuckyGame legit or not, LuckyGames with Maya — and opened what came back. Fourteen distinct addresses presented themselves as Luckyi or LuckyGame: eight using the Luckyi name and six using LuckyGame. Their page titles included phrases like "Official Website", "Official Login" and "Philippines Legit Online Casino".

Every one of the fourteen returns zero matches on both registers. Thirteen loaded normally for us with HTTP 200; one returned a server error. Three mention PAGCOR on the page, and two of the Luckyi-named sites contain the letters apk around twenty times each.

We are not printing those fourteen addresses and we are not linking to them. The pattern is the point: from where we sat, four of the registered addresses were behind a block page, while the unregistered copies opened without complaint. A site loading easily says nothing about whether it is on the list.

The App Listing and the Older GamePH Record

Neither PAGCOR register has a column for apps, so no app can be proven genuine by these PDFs. What you can do is compare the publisher name on a store listing with the company name on the row.

We ran that check on 19 September 2026. On the Philippine App Store, a search for the brand returned one listing named after it, first released in December 2025. Its description calls the platform PAGCOR-licensed. The seller name on that listing is not CYBER DOT COM TECHNOLOGY CORP., and that seller name appears on neither register. That does not prove the listing is fake: operators sometimes publish through related entities. It does mean the register cannot confirm it, and you should know that before installing. A search for the company name returned nothing from Cyber Dot. On Philippine Google Play, three search pages for luckyi, luckygame and lucky game ph contained neither the company name nor the word Luckyi. Our guide to checking a casino app before you install it covers what to look at on a listing.

PAGCOR's own records also show the company existed under a different brand. Its List of Gaming System Service Providers, Approved Game Offerings and Registered URLs as of 06 August 2024 carries Cyber Dot Com Technology Corp. (Cyber Dot) at entry No. 5, with one game offering, Electronic (eCasino) Games, one brand, GamePH, and one address, gameph.com. Two years later the same company holds four offerings, a different main brand, six sub-brands and nine addresses, and gameph.com no longer appears as a standalone address on the 2026 register. If an older page tells you GamePH and Luckyi are connected, this is where that link comes from, and the current register is the one that counts.

What Entry No. 7 Does Not Tell You

The row proves a narrow thing: on 27 August 2026, PAGCOR listed this company, these seven brand names and these nine addresses.

It is not a recommendation. We have not deposited, withdrawn, verified an account or tested support on this platform, so payout speed and account checks are outside what this page can speak to.

It does not cover promo codes, bonuses or apps. None of those are register fields, so a Luckyi promo code on a social post is neither confirmed nor denied by the list.

It does not tell you who controls an address today, as the viplucky.com result shows.

And we could not verify anything beyond the documents. We found no PAGCOR advisory naming Cyber Dot, Luckyi or LuckyGame; a search that comes back empty is not proof that no such notice was ever issued. Claims about the company's size, owners or licence number that circulate on affiliate pages are not repeated here because we could not confirm them on pagcor.ph.

PAGCOR's 28 December 2022 warning puts the rule in one sentence: "Any link that is not posted in the PAGCOR website (www.pagcor.ph) is considered illegal."

Checking a Lucky-Named Site Yourself

The full method is in our guides on how to confirm a PAGCOR-licensed casino and what a copied PAGCOR seal is really for. For this brand, the short version:

  1. Copy the address from the browser bar, including the ending, and ignore the page title.
  2. Open the administrators register and search the full address, not the word lucky, which appears across a dozen companies.
  3. If it matches, read across that row to confirm the company is the one you expected.
  4. Look at the "as of" line on the first page; an old copy can be months out of date.

If you want a platform we can actually speak to, our reviews cover BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, OKBet, Solaire Online and GGPoker.ph. Luckyi and its sub-brands are not on that list, and nothing on this page is a nudge toward them.

If You Have Already Deposited Somewhere Lucky-Named

Pause further deposits until the exact address passes the check above. Screenshot the address bar, your account name and every transaction reference while you still can.

Next, open your GCash or Maya transaction list and note whose name received each payment. A registered merchant name is one situation; a personal wallet with a random name is another, and that line usually tells you which you are in.

Hotline 1326 reaches the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC). Its site, cicc.gov.ph, refused our request on 19 September 2026, so there is no link here, only the number. Misuse of PAGCOR's name can be reported through the contacts published on pagcor.ph.

Gaming in the Philippines is for people aged 21 and over. The helpline on PAGCOR's responsible gaming page is (02) 8248-9568, and our overview of responsible gambling tools explains limits and self-exclusion. A register check tells you who is licensed. It does not tell you how much you can afford to lose.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Luckyi legit in the Philippines?

It is on the register. Luckyi is the main brand of entry No. 7 on PAGCOR's list of accredited gaming system administrators dated 27 August 2026, under CYBER DOT COM TECHNOLOGY CORP. (Cyber Dot), with luckyi.com as the main domain. The entry covers nine addresses in total and nothing else. We have not reviewed the platform, so we cannot tell you how it pays out or whether it suits you.

Is LuckyGame legit, or is it a different company?

LuckyGame is a registered sub-brand of the same row, entry No. 7, under CYBER DOT COM TECHNOLOGY CORP. It has exactly two registered addresses: luckygame.ph and luckygameph.com. Neither "lucky game" with a space nor "luckygames" with an s appears on either PAGCOR register. On 19 September 2026 we opened six other sites using the LuckyGame name; none is on either register, and five of them put "LuckyGame.PH" in their page title while sitting on a different address.

Which Luckyi addresses are on the PAGCOR register?

Nine: luckyi.com as the main domain; viplucky.com, luckytok.com, luckygame.ph, luckystarph.com, luckyclub.ph and luckyv.com under the sub-domain column; and luckygameph.com and luckyi.ph as additional URLs. Note that the address beside VIPLuckyi is viplucky.com, without the final i. On 19 September 2026, three of those sub-domain addresses did not show anything connected to the brand: one was listed for sale, one was a parking page and one did not resolve.

Does being on the register mean a Luckyi app or promo code is genuine?

No. Neither PAGCOR register has a column for apps, bonuses or promo codes, so the list can neither confirm nor deny them. On the Philippine App Store on 19 September 2026, a listing named after the brand was published by a seller whose name is not the company on the register and does not appear on either list. That does not prove it is fake, but the register cannot vouch for it. Gaming is for players aged 21 and over.

Fastwin is entry No. 29 on PAGCOR's register dated 27 August 2026, under KIRSCHNER GAMES INTERNATIONAL, INC. (KGI). We have not reviewed the platform. This page lists the two addresses that row covers, what each returned when we opened it, why the sub-brand Fastspin has no address, the same company name on PAGCOR's 2017 offshore list, and why many Fastwin invite-code pages belong to an unrelated app abroad.

FairPlay is the Main Brand of entry No. 37 on PAGCOR's register dated 27 August 2026, under NEMO INTERACTIVE GROUP CORPORATION, with one registered address: fairplay.ph. We have not reviewed the platform. Gperya is a sub-brand of Gbet at entry No. 52 of PAGCOR's 27 August 2026 register, under TOPBET TECH CORP. We have not reviewed the platform. This page covers the one Gperya address the register names, why a one-letter root word and the word "perya" prove nothing, and what we found when the same Gperya site turned up on unregistered addresses.

Is Filbet Legit in the Philippines? What the PAGCOR Register Says

Filbet is entry No. 20 on PAGCOR’s register of accredited gaming system administrators dated 20 August 2026, under GOTECH ENTERTAINMENT INC. We have not reviewed the platform.
