Is ArenaPlus Legit in the Philippines? PAGCOR Register Check
Yes. Arena Plus sits on PAGCOR's accredited-brand register dated 20 August 2026 — and it sits there twice, as a sub brand of Gamemaster Integrated, Inc. (entry 12) and of Total Gamezone Xtreme Incorporated (entry 53). Four domains carry that registration: arenaplus.ph, arenaplus.net, arenapluspro.com and arenapluspro.net. Nothing else does.
That answer comes from downloading both registers PAGCOR publishes on its Electronic Gaming Licensing Department page on 6 September 2026 — both files dated 20 August 2026, one 14 pages and one 3 — and searching every page of both for each spelling of the brand. What follows is what those documents say, what four other checks turned up the same day, and the parts a register entry does not cover.
What the 20 August 2026 register says about Arena Plus
The first thing worth knowing is that ArenaPlus is never a main brand in PAGCOR's file. The name appears only in sub-brand and domain columns, spread across three separately accredited companies.

Read the third column and the shape becomes clear. The row that carries sports betting — the thing ArenaPlus actually is — is entry 53. Entry 12 is a poker company. Entry 1 is a bingo company. Three rows touch the same brand family because one group runs all three, which is the next section.
The second register, the three-page file covering online brands of licensed land-based casino resorts, contains no instance of the string "arenaplus" anywhere in it. That is not a failure; it is the wrong file for this brand. Searching only that PDF is how people talk themselves into believing a registered brand is unregistered.
Two accredited companies, one domain: why arenaplus.ph appears twice
The string arenaplus.ph is registered as a sub-domain under entry 12 and again under entry 53. Two different accredited administrators, one domain. That reads like a clerical error until you open the operator's own filing.
DigiPlus Interactive Corp.'s quarterly report for the period ended 31 March 2026 — SEC Form 17-Q, SEC registration number 13174, published on the company's own site — sets out its retail segment as "(1) AB Leisure Exponent, Inc. (ABLE - 100% owned), (2) Total Gamezone Xtreme Incorporated (TGXI - 100% owned), (3) Gamemaster Integrated Inc. (Gamemaster - 100% owned)". Its subsidiary schedule repeats all three at 100 per cent ownership as at 31 March 2026 and 31 December 2025. The same document names "BingoPlus, ArenaPlus and Gamezone" as the group's digital platforms, and the cover sheet confirms the parent's shares are listed on a stock exchange.
So the three register entries are three wholly owned subsidiaries of one listed parent, accredited separately by game type: bingo under ABLE, online poker under Gamemaster, sports betting and e-casino under TGXI. The brand is shared across them; the accreditations are not. A domain appearing under two entries is the paperwork of a group running one product across several licences, not two rival operators fighting over a name.
It also answers a question people raise about the app. The iOS listing is sold by AB Leisure Exponent, Inc., while the sports-betting accreditation belongs to TGXI. Different company names, same corporate group, both on the register.
The register got shorter: twenty ArenaPlus domains in 2025, four in 2026
Here is the finding that should change how you use these PDFs.
PAGCOR still publishes an older document alongside the current one: the List of Service Providers and Registered Domains/URLs as of 18 March 2025, thirteen pages, which returned HTTP 200 when we fetched it on 6 September 2026. Its TGXI row registers twenty ArenaPlus-family domains — .asia, .info, .life, .org, .pro, .site, .today and .world variants, a hyphenated .online version, three vip-prefixed domains, and dedicated app-download domains for iOS and Android.
The current 20 August 2026 register carries four. Eighteen of the 2025 strings are absent from it, and two strings in the new file were not in the old one.
Two PAGCOR PDFs, both live on pagcor.ph on the same day, differ by eighteen domains. We are not going to tell you the missing ones were revoked: the two documents have different titles, different column structures and different stated purposes, and PAGCOR publishes no change log for either. What we can tell you is the operating rule that falls out of it. Being in a PAGCOR PDF is not the test. Being in the current one is. If someone sends you a link on an arenaplus-something domain and backs it with a screenshot of a PAGCOR list, read the date on the list before you read anything else.
The same rule applies to us. Our ArenaPlus review cites arenaplus-branded Android and iOS download domains taken from the March 2025 file; those strings are not in the August 2026 register, and we would rather say so here than let it sit quietly.
The app check: one iOS listing, none on Android, and a look-alike two doors down
Checked on 6 September 2026 through Apple's own lookup service: ArenaPlus: Live Sports Betting, App Store ID 6443807361, seller AB Leisure Exponent, Inc., filed under Sports, rated 17+, version 4.41.3 released 3 September 2026, first published 3 December 2022, developer website arenaplus.ph. One listing, sold by a company that appears on the register, pointing at a domain that appears on the register. That is what a clean app entry looks like.
A search of the Philippine Google Play store the same day returned no ArenaPlus app at all — not under AB Leisure Exponent, not under TGXI, not under DigiPlus. Both spellings, with and without the space, returned unrelated games. Android users therefore have no store listing to check a seller name against, and that missing check is the gap the fake-installer trade lives in.
How wide the gap runs showed up in the next search. Looking up the sibling brand BingoPlus on the same Play store returned two listings carrying that brand name in their titles, both published under a developer name that is none of the three accredited companies, on generic package identifiers. We are not naming them, linking them, or telling you what they are. The point is narrower and more useful: a store listing wearing a licensed brand's name proves nothing on its own. The seller field is what carries meaning, and on PAGCOR's register the names to match against are ABLE, Gamemaster and TGXI.
The 17+ rating, incidentally, is Apple's content scale and not a legal age. In the Philippines the floor is 21.
What ArenaPlus itself says is being faked in its name
On 9 January 2026 the brand issued a statement, carried by BusinessMirror and Manila Standard, about videos circulating online that used its identity. In its own words, the videos were "fake, unauthorized, and even used private individuals that are not connected to the Brand", and "did not originate from ArenaPlus, nor were created, approved, commissioned, produced, or released by ArenaPlus in any form". The statement said the brand was "currently coordinating with digital platform providers and relevant authorities", and directed the public to its official platforms and verified social accounts.
Notice what that says about the shape of the problem. The impersonation is not starting with a cloned website. It is starting on video and social platforms, where a familiar face and a familiar logo do the work a look-alike domain used to do. PAGCOR described the same drift in its warning of 12 September 2023, where chairman and chief executive Alejandro H. Tengco said such sites "may pose risks to your personal and financial information" and noted that once shut down, "some of them are able to immediately create new ones". The regulator's older line, from its advisory of 28 December 2022, is still the cleanest single test available to a player: "Any link that is not posted in the PAGCOR website (www.pagcor.ph) is considered illegal."

What being on the register does not mean
Four limits, stated plainly, because a verification page that only reports good news is not verifying anything.
It is not a recommendation. PAGCOR accredits companies against conditions; it does not rate them, rank them or vouch for their service. We have not tested a withdrawal here, and neither has any page quoting you a payout time for this operator.
It does not make a bonus real. Promotions are approved separately from brands and domains. No entry on this register says anything about credits, codes or free bets arriving in your messages.
It does not cover every domain wearing the name. The entries protect four exact strings today. A near-miss spelling, an extra suffix, an inserted hyphen — none of them inherit the registration, however convincing the page behind them looks.
It says nothing about what happens inside the account. Deposits, verification and eligibility are the operator's own conditions, including the regulatory bar on anyone under 21 and on students enrolled at any Philippine school, college or university.
Two things we could not verify on 6 September 2026, stated rather than papered over. First, arenaplus.ph, arenaplus.net and arenapluspro.com each returned HTTP 403 to our requests from outside the Philippines — the first two redirecting to the main domain before doing so — which means we could not read one word of the operator's own terms, and neither could anyone else publishing peso figures from abroad. Second, the contact page URL printed inside PAGCOR's own 2023 advisory returned HTTP 404 when we followed it, so the reporting route below starts from the regulator's live regulatory section instead.
Run the check yourself in four minutes
Do not take our transcription on trust. The skeleton:
- Copy the exact domain out of the address bar, ending included.
- Open both PDFs from PAGCOR's Electronic Gaming Licensing Department page, and read the as-of date on each before anything else.
- Search the full text of both for the domain string rather than the brand name.
- Check which column the hit lands in. Main domain, sub-domain and additional URL are all registrations; a company name buried in a different row is not.

If you have already deposited somewhere you cannot find on the register
Stop adding money first; every other step can wait an hour. Screenshot the domain, the account page, the transaction references and any chat where somebody asked you for a fee to release a withdrawal, because those records are the only part of this you control. Then report the site to PAGCOR through the regulatory section of pagcor.ph, and tell your e-wallet or bank in the same sitting so the transaction trail is flagged on their side too.
