BingoPlus Bonus 2026: How to Claim It (and the Limits)
BingoPlus advertises two different sign-up figures in two different official places, and neither one comes with terms attached. The App Store listing published by AB Leisure Exponent, Inc., updated 31 August 2026, opens with "Register, Claim 320P promos for free & win up to 154M+ jackpots." The tag line on bingoplus.com itself — identical in Internet Archive snapshots from 29 August 2025 through 20 July 2026 — reads "Join now for Free ₱4317!" Both are BingoPlus's own words.
Here is the short answer to how you claim it: install the official app, register with a Philippine mobile number, finish identity verification, then open the promotions panel inside the app and opt in. The credit lands in a promo or bonus balance, not your withdrawable cash balance, and the wagering condition attached to it is displayed at the moment you opt in — not before.
That last part is the honest limit of this page, and of every page you will read about BingoPlus bonuses. On 4 September 2026 we tried bingoplus.com, bingoplus.ph, bingoplus.net, play.bingoplus.com, lucky.bingoplus.com, fun.bingoplus.com, bp.plus and peryaplus.net from outside the Philippines. All eight returned HTTP 403 with a page titled "restrict access." The promotions page and its terms are geo-fenced to Philippine traffic and, in practice, to logged-in accounts. Anyone quoting an exact BingoPlus turnover multiplier on a site that is not BingoPlus did not read it either.
First, Check You Are on a Real BingoPlus Address
Bonus searches are where fake casino apps do their best work, so the address matters more than the offer. PAGCOR publishes a list of accredited Gaming System Administrators with their registered brands and domains. In the version dated 20 August 2026, entry number 1 is AB Leisure Exponent, Inc. (ABLE), with BingoPlus as the main brand and BingoPlus Poker, PeryaPlus, SpinPlus and SlotPlus as sub-brands.
The domains registered to that entry include bingoplus.com, bingoplus.ph, bingoplus.net, bingoplus.com.ph, bingoplus.online, bingopluspoker.ph, slotplus.ph, peryaplus.net, bp.plus, the lucky, play and fun sub-domains on bingoplus.com, and app-download hosts named bingoplusios1 to 3 and bingoplusandroid1 to 3.
Two practical consequences. A "BingoPlus bonus" offered from any other domain is not BingoPlus, however good the logo looks — our checklist for spotting a real PAGCOR-licensed casino runs the check in about a minute. And because the Android build is distributed from the operator's own hosts rather than a mainstream app store, the install step is exactly where a spoofed "bonus APK" gets in; that risk is covered in our casino app download safety guide.
What BingoPlus Actually Publishes Outside the App
Everything in this table is BingoPlus's own published wording, with where it appears and when we read it. No affiliate estimates.
| Claim | Exact published wording | Where it appears | Checked |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sign-up promo | "Register, Claim 320P promos for free" | App Store PH listing, AB Leisure Exponent, Inc., v5.3.28 | 4 Sep 2026 |
| Sign-up promo | "Join now for Free ₱4317!" | bingoplus.com page metadata, unchanged Aug 2025 – Jul 2026 | 4 Sep 2026 |
| Welcome bonus | "Join Bingo Plus and get our massive Welcome Bonus for new registration immediately" | App Store PH listing | 4 Sep 2026 |
| Extra condition | "Rich Welcome Bonus — Register and join our FB group to receive the gift" | App Store PH listing | 4 Sep 2026 |
| Cashback headline | "Play Jili SuperAce & Get 30% Cashback" | bingoplus.com page title | 4 Sep 2026 |
| Jackpot ceiling | "win up to 154M+ jackpots" / "Win the jackpot with up to ₱75M!" | App Store listing / bingoplus.com metadata | 4 Sep 2026 |
| Age rule | "To be a user of our App you must be over 21 years old" | App Store PH listing | 4 Sep 2026 |
| Turnover multiplier | Not published by BingoPlus outside the app | — | 4 Sep 2026 |
| Bonus expiry | Not published by BingoPlus outside the app | — | 4 Sep 2026 |
| Birthday bonus terms | Not published by BingoPlus outside the app | — | 4 Sep 2026 |
| Minimum withdrawal | Not published by BingoPlus outside the app | — | 4 Sep 2026 |
Read the first two rows next to each other. ₱320 and ₱4,317 are not one offer described twice; they are two headline numbers aimed at two audiences, and the larger one almost certainly bundles a stack of separate credits rather than handing over ₱4,317 in one go. The jackpot ceiling moves the same way — ₱75M in one place, 154M+ in the other. Treat all of it as advertising copy until you see the opt-in screen.
Claiming It, Step by Step
- Install from a registered address. Use the App Store listing or a download host on the PAGCOR-registered domain list above.
- Register with a Philippine mobile number. The account is tied to that number, and so is the promo eligibility.
- Complete identity verification before you chase anything. This is the step that quietly decides whether your bonus ever becomes cash.
- Open the promotions panel inside the app and opt in. BingoPlus bonuses are opt-in per promotion, which is why players who deposited first and looked later often find they were never enrolled.
- Read the condition on the opt-in screen, then screenshot it. That screen is the only place the wagering requirement, the game restrictions and the expiry are stated. If you skip it, you have no record of what you agreed to.
- Play the qualifying games. Bonus credit is normally restricted to a defined set of games; a bonus earned on bingo does not always clear on slots.
Step 3 deserves the emphasis. Licensed Philippine operators must verify player identity, and the check tends to surface at the withdrawal stage rather than the deposit stage — exactly when an unverified player discovers their bonus winnings are stuck. Our explainer on why online casinos verify ID under PAGCOR and AML rules covers what documents are normally accepted. Do it on a quiet evening, not while a bonus timer is running.
The Birthday Bonus Question
"BingoPlus birthday bonus" and "BingoPlus birthday bonus free codes" are among the most searched BingoPlus bonus phrases in the Philippines, so here is the honest answer: BingoPlus does not publish any birthday bonus terms in any channel we could reach on 4 September 2026. Not in the App Store listing, not in the metadata of its own homepage, not in any PAGCOR filing.
That is not the same as saying it does not exist. Birthday and loyalty perks are a normal, legal, genuinely free reward type across Philippine licensed operators, and they are typically tied to a verified date of birth on a fully KYC'd account — another reason to verify early rather than late. The narrower, more useful point: nobody outside the app can tell you the amount, the trigger or the wagering condition, and any site quoting a specific peso figure for a BingoPlus birthday bonus did not source it from BingoPlus. For the pattern across brands, our comparison of VIP and loyalty programmes at legal casinos is the closest verified reference we have.
Third-party "birthday bonus codes" deserve a flat warning. BingoPlus publishes no promo codes on any public page we could find. A code circulating on Facebook or a forum is, at best, expired.
What PAGCOR Caps, and What It Does Not
There is a hard regulatory ceiling on part of this, and it tells you which offers can be real.
On 7 May 2026 the PAGCOR Board approved guidelines on cash rebate and cashback programmes for electronic games, issued as a memorandum by the Electronic Gaming Licensing Department and signed by Jessa Mariz R. Fernandez. The document is public on pagcor.ph. Its two numbers:
- Cash rebate, based on a player's turnover (gross bets placed) or deposit, is capped at a maximum rate of 1.50% for slot machine games, electronic bingo games, numeric games and sports betting — with casino table games and arcade-type games excluded from that rate.
- Cashback, based on a player's net losses, is capped at a maximum rate of 15% for all types of electronic games.
The memo adds three conditions that matter to you as a player. The operator must file a marketing and promotional form (EG Form No. 28) for EGLD approval before running the programme, and the rules it submits have to state the minimum deposit, the turnover or wagering requirement, the rate, and the maximum payout. Rebates and cashbacks "shall not be combined with other promotional cash incentives in a manner that exceeds the prescribed maximum rebate/cashback rate." Any programme run without approval or above the rate "shall be subject to appropriate regulatory action." Legacy programmes that did not comply could run only until the end of their approved duration or 15 May 2026, whichever came first.
Now put that next to the "Get 30% Cashback" line in the BingoPlus page title. We could not open that promotion's terms, so we will not tell you what it means — but we can tell you what to check when you do. A percentage is meaningless without its base. Fifteen per cent of net losses, 1.50% of turnover and 30% of something else are three different calculations, and the PAGCOR caps are written against specific bases. The number to look for on the opt-in screen is not the headline percentage; it is the base it applies to and the maximum payout.
One more limit worth stating plainly: these caps govern rebate and cashback programmes. A first-deposit match or a registration credit is a different product and is not governed by those two percentages.
Why the Bonus Won't Come Out as Cash Yet
The most common complaint about a Philippine casino bonus is not that it was refused. It is that it arrived, sat in the balance, and would not withdraw. That is normal, and it is the point of the design.
Bonus credit carries a turnover requirement: you must wager the bonus, or the bonus plus deposit, some number of times before it converts to withdrawable cash. BingoPlus does not publish that multiplier outside the app, so we are not going to invent one. How the arithmetic works, and how hard a mid-sized multiplier bites on a small bankroll, is the whole of our wagering requirements explainer — the most useful page to read before you opt into anything.
Two structural details worth knowing before you accept a bonus:
- Game weighting. Not every game contributes 100% toward turnover. Low-margin games often contribute a fraction, or nothing.
- Withdrawal locks the bonus. On most platforms, cashing out while a bonus is unfinished forfeits the bonus and its winnings. If you want your deposit back, that is usually the trade.
If your problem is the payout leg rather than the bonus leg, our walkthrough on withdrawing winnings from a Philippine online casino and the GCash withdrawal guide cover the timing and the common holds.
Why a Claim Gets Refused
Ranked by how often they actually cause the problem:
- The account was never verified. The bonus credits fine; the payout is what fails.
- You never opted in. Deposit-linked bonuses usually require enrolment before the deposit, not after.
- The deposit missed a minimum or used a non-qualifying channel. Promotions can be restricted to specific payment methods.
- The turnover was accumulated on non-qualifying games.
- The promotion expired. Promo balances typically have a short life, measured in days.
- One offer per person, household, device or payment account. A second account is not a loophole; it is grounds for confiscation.
None of these are appealable in the sense people hope. What is appealable is a licensed operator failing to honour its own published terms — and against a PAGCOR licensee you have somewhere to take that, which is precisely the difference between BingoPlus and the unlicensed sites that outrank it for "free bonus" searches.
How BingoPlus Compares With the Other Four Licensed Brands
The only place all five brands publish bonus wording on the same footing is their Philippine App Store listings. Read on 4 September 2026:
| Brand | Publisher on PH App Store | What its listing states about bonuses |
|---|---|---|
| BingoPlus | AB Leisure Exponent, Inc. | "Register, Claim 320P promos for free"; "massive Welcome Bonus for new registration" |
| OKBet | GAVIN VENTURES, INC. | Color Game "cashback up to ₱7,500"; "0.8% to 1.5% Unlimited Rebates"; a Payday Bonus tied to weekly turnover targets |
| ArenaPlus | AB Leisure Exponent, Inc. | No bonus figure of any kind stated in the listing |
| Solaire's online product (FUNaloMAX) | Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels Incorporated | "Unlock massive First Deposit Bonuses, continuous daily rebates" — no amount stated |
| GGPoker | NSUS Limited | Global listing; a daily login freebie and the Fish Buffet loyalty programme, no Philippine-specific figure |
The comparison people expect — five welcome amounts side by side with five wagering multipliers — cannot be built from public sources, because four of the five brands publish neither. That absence is the finding, not a gap in our research. OKBet is the outlier that quotes rates, and its 0.8% to 1.5% rebate range sits neatly under the PAGCOR 1.50% ceiling, which is small evidence that the caps are being applied rather than ignored. For the head-to-head on platform rather than bonus, see our Solaire Online vs BingoPlus comparison; the bingo product itself is covered in our BingoPlus online bingo primer.
What We Could Not Verify
Stated plainly, so you know where this page stops:
- The turnover multiplier on any BingoPlus bonus.
- The expiry period on promo credit.
- Whether a birthday bonus exists, and on what terms.
- The minimum withdrawal amount and the bonus-to-cash conversion rule.
- The base and maximum payout behind the "30% Cashback" headline.
- Whether the ₱320 and ₱4,317 figures describe the same package.
All of it is stated inside the app at the moment you opt in, and nowhere public. So the practical move is to register and verify first, read the opt-in screen, screenshot it, and only then decide whether the offer is worth the turnover attached. A bonus you have read is worth more than a bigger one you have not.
For 21+ only. A bonus is a marketing cost, not free money, and a turnover requirement is built to keep you playing longer than you planned. If that pattern feels familiar, the support options available in the Philippines are on our responsible gambling page. To see how the games behave before any of this applies to you, Super Ace and Jackpot Bingo run as free demos here — no account, no deposit.
