Is BingoPlus Legit in the Philippines? The PAGCOR Register Check

Yes. BingoPlus is entry No. 1 on PAGCOR's list of accredited gaming system administrators dated 20 August 2026, registered to AB Leisure Exponent, Inc., and the register gives that brand exactly one main domain: bingoplus.ph. Anything else wearing the name has to be matched against that entry, string by string.

That is the easy half. The version people actually type is "legit ba" about something specific in front of them — a Telegram group, a link from a friend, a site that looks right. So on 6 September 2026 we read both PAGCOR registers, opened every domain in the entry from a connection outside the Philippines, checked the App Store listing and the parent company's stock exchange record, and wrote down what came back, including the parts that did not line up.

What Entry No. 1 Says, Word for Word

The entry belongs to AB LEISURE EXPONENT, INC. (ABLE). Its columns read:

Two details are worth slowing down for.

First, the game offering column against entry No. 1 reads "Traditional Bingo Games" — the product the brand started from in the first place. Online poker sits on a separate line: entry No. 12, GAMEMASTER INTEGRATED, INC., whose registered main brand is BingoPlus Poker on bingopluspoker.ph, with Bingo Plus and Arena Plus listed as sub brands underneath it. The family is spread across two administrator entries, which is ordinary, and which also means a check that stops at the first hit can look thinner than the truth.

Second, one of the twenty additional URLs is printed as "bingoplusio3.com", apparently missing an s from the ios pattern either side of it. We are quoting the register as printed rather than tidying it, because the whole point of a register check is that the exact string is the thing being checked.

The Test That Sorted Real Domains From the Rest

From our connection outside the Philippines on 6 September 2026, every registered domain that resolved returned HTTP 403 and a page whose title is literally "restrict access": bingoplus.ph, bingoplus.com with and without www, bingopluspoker.ph, peryaplus.net, spinplusph.com, bp.plus, bingoplus.online, and the app-delivery addresses bingoplusios1.com and bingoplusandroid1.com. Four registered strings did not resolve at all through Google Public DNS that day: slotplus.ph, minesplus.ph, fishplus.ph and bingoplus.com.ph. The ones that did resolve all pointed at the same operator hostname, bp-frontend-ali.bingopluscf.zone — one estate, not a scatter of unrelated sites.

Then we searched for BingoPlus help pages the way a worried player would. Two sites answered in full from that same overseas connection — roughly 100 KB of working pages each, written in the first person as though they were the operator, with phrases like "our experts" and "we have expanded our reach". Neither domain appears anywhere in either PAGCOR register: one bolts an extra word onto the brand on a .ph address, the other puts the brand on a .ink address. Both carry a partner referral tag in the header, of the "412 players joined via" variety. We are not printing them and not linking them.

Read the two results side by side, because the contrast is the finding. The domains PAGCOR registered would not open for us. The domains PAGCOR did not register opened for anyone. If you are outside the Philippines and a "BingoPlus" page loads perfectly, that tells you something about the page, not about your connection.

About That Telegram Group

Ask around Filipino forums and you will find the question almost verbatim: legit ba itong BingoPlus Telegram group? We tried to answer it properly, could not, and the reason is the useful part.

We could not find a statement from AB Leisure Exponent or DigiPlus, on any source we were able to authenticate, saying whether BingoPlus operates an official Telegram channel. Not found is not the same as no, and we are not going to dress it up as one. What the corporate site does publish, on its contact page, is a Taguig address, landlines on (+63) 2 8637 5291-93, role-based email addresses, and exactly three social accounts: Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Its responsible gaming page describes player support as an in-house customer service centre running 24/7 — a department, not a group chat.

Meanwhile, the pages that state confidently that BingoPlus support runs on Telegram are the two unregistered sites from the previous section. That is the actual evidentiary position: the claim comes from domains that are not on the register.

Fortunately the practical answer does not depend on settling it. The register lists domains. It does not list Telegram handles, Facebook pages, Viber groups or mobile numbers, so no chat group can ever be verified against it — there is nothing to match against. A group can be entirely real and still be the wrong place for anything that matters, because your deposit, your KYC documents and your withdrawal all happen inside an account on a registered domain, or they are not happening at BingoPlus at all. Treat any chat that asks for a photo of your ID, a one-time password, a "processing fee", or a fresh "new link because the old one is down" as a transaction with a stranger. PAGCOR made the same point about visual impersonation in a 2023 advisory about sites using its logo without permission, warning that they "may pose risks to your personal and financial information"; our guide to spotting a fake PAGCOR seal covers that half of the problem.

The App, and Why Google Play Is Not Where You Find It

Apple's Philippine App Store carries one BingoPlus listing, and the publisher name on it is the reason to care: AB Leisure Exponent, Inc. — character for character the company on register entry No. 1. The listing, BingoPlus: Bingo Tongits & Slot, first shipped on 30 March 2022, was last updated on 5 September 2026 at version 5.3.29, and gives its developer website as bingoplus.ph. Apple's public search endpoint returns the same publisher for the group's sports app.

One honest wrinkle: Apple's content rating on the listing is 17+, because that is the top of Apple's own scale. The legal floor in the Philippines is 21, PAGCOR says so, and DigiPlus says so on its own site. An app store rating is not an age policy.

Google Play is a different story. A Play search for the brand, run from outside the Philippines on 6 September 2026, returned social bingo titles from unrelated developers and no real-money BingoPlus app. Play's Real-Money Gambling, Games, and Contests policy requires a developer to hold a valid gambling licence for every country in which the app is distributed, and requires the app to "prevent access and use from countries, states/territories, or the geographic areas not covered by the developer-provided gambling license". Distribution is gated country by country, so a phone in Manila may well see something our search could not. What we can say is that the register itself anticipates delivery happening off-store: six of the twenty additional URLs in entry No. 1 are named bingoplusios1 to 3 and bingoplusandroid1 to 3.

That matters, because "they sent me an APK" is not by itself proof of a scam here — but where the file came from decides everything. A download served by a domain printed on the register is a different object from a file attached to a chat message, even when the icon is identical.

Who Owns It: DigiPlus, Ticker PLUS

BingoPlus's owner is unusually easy to look up for this sector. DigiPlus Interactive Corp. trades on the Philippine Stock Exchange under the symbol PLUS; PSE Edge shows 4,971,321,134 listed shares and market capitalisation of about ₱45 billion as of 4 September 2026. DigiPlus dates the BingoPlus launch to January 2022, names ArenaPlus and GameZone as sibling platforms, and identifies AB Leisure Exponent, Inc. as a subsidiary in its own board biographies.

A listed parent is a governance fact, not a promise about your account, but it changes how much is checkable. DigiPlus publishes on the record that registration and play are limited to 21 and above; that its eKYC step requires a government-issued ID plus facial recognition, with game access restricted while verification is unresolved; that it enforces the National Database of Restricted Persons; that cash-in and cash-out run through more than 130 BingoPlus branches and BSP-accredited partners including Bayad and Pay&Go; and that it carries a surety bond of up to ₱1 million per verified and eligible player to safeguard balances in the event of operational disruption.

Notice the shape of it: insurance against the operator failing, not against you losing — the company's own wording says it "does not cover gaming losses".

Where Two PAGCOR Sources Do Not Match

PAGCOR publishes a friendlier tool alongside the PDFs: pagcorguarantee.ph, a browsable directory of authorised online gaming sites. BINGO PLUS appears there filed under Traditional Bingo Games and links to bingoplus.ph, matching the register.

BINGO PLUS POKER also appears there, but it links to bp-poker.com — a string we could not find anywhere in either 20 August 2026 register, which lists the poker brand on bingopluspoker.ph. We searched the full extracted text of both PDFs. It is not in them. The domain behaves like the rest of the estate when opened from abroad, returning the same 403, so we are not calling it anything. We are reporting that two PAGCOR-published sources currently give different addresses for the same brand, on the date we checked.

Handle it the boring way. When the directory and the dated register disagree, the register is the document carrying a version and an as-of date, and a domain appearing in only one official source is unconfirmed rather than approved. It is also a reminder that "I saw it on a PAGCOR page" is weaker than it sounds if you cannot say which page.

What "On the Register" Does Not Mean

Being listed settles one question and leaves several open.

• It is not a recommendation from us. The register says PAGCOR accredited an administrator and registered these brand and domain strings. It says nothing about payout speed, support quality or whether the platform suits you. Our own view sits in the BingoPlus review, and it is a separate judgement from this one.
• It does not bless every domain carrying the name. The entry protects specific strings in specific columns. A near-miss address with an extra word or a different ending is not covered by it, however familiar the logo looks.
• It is not a promise about bonuses. Promotional terms are set by the operator and, since May 2026, have to be filed with PAGCOR before they run. What is advertised in a group chat is not what has been approved; our BingoPlus bonus guide goes through what gets published and what the limits are.
• It is dated. Both registers are marked as of 20 August 2026. Entries get added, moved and removed. A check from two months ago is a memory, not a verification.
• We could not read the platform itself. Everything about BingoPlus's own pages, terms and current promotions is unverified from where we sat, because the site geo-restricts. If you are in the Philippines, your own reading of those pages beats ours.

Re-Run This Check Yourself in About Four Minutes

2. 2.Open both PDFs from PAGCOR's Electronic Gaming Licensing page and search each one for that string: the accredited administrators register and the separate licensed casinos register.
3. 3.Check the as-of date at the top before you trust the result.
4. 4.Cross-check the company name against something outside the register — an app store publisher line, a stock exchange record — and see whether the same legal entity shows up.

If You Have Already Deposited or Sent Documents

Stop sending money first, then deal with the account. Screenshot the conversation, the page and any receipt reference before anything disappears. If you paid through GCash or Maya, report it in that app's own scam-reporting flow, since the wallet provider is the only party that can trace the transfer. If the platform claimed to be PAGCOR-licensed, take it to the regulator through PAGCOR's support desk, attaching the exact URL you used — the URL is the evidence that matters most. Impersonation and online fraud can also be reported to the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center. If you handed over ID photos, treat those as compromised, and expect follow-up contact from someone claiming they can recover your money: that is the standard second act.
