Is Gperya Legit in the Philippines? What PAGCOR's Register Shows

Is Gperya Legit in the Philippines? What PAGCOR's Register Shows

Gperya is a sub-brand of Gbet at entry No. 52 of PAGCOR's 27 August 2026 register, under TOPBET TECH CORP. We have not reviewed the platform. This page covers the one Gperya address the register names, why a one-letter root word and the word "perya" prove nothing, and what we found when the same Gperya site turned up on unregistered addresses.

Is Gperya Legit in the Philippines? What PAGCOR's Register Shows

Gperya appears on PAGCOR's register dated 27 August 2026 under TOPBET TECH CORP., as one of six sub-brands of Gbet at entry No. 52. We have not reviewed the platform itself, so this page only tells you what the register says and how to check the domain you are looking at.

The short version for anyone in a hurry: the register names exactly one Gperya address, gperya.com. Not a .ph, not a .com.ph, not an "app" domain. On 19 September 2026 we found the same Gperya website running on addresses the register never mentions, which is why that one line matters more than the logo.

Everything here was checked on 19 September 2026. We downloaded both PAGCOR lists fresh, read entry No. 52 from a fourfold magnification of the PDF page, opened every address in the row, and then tried sixteen unregistered spellings of the name to see what answers.

Gperya Is a Sub-Brand, and the Company Is Topbet

Most people searching for Gperya never see the word Gbet, so this is the first thing to get straight. On the register, Gperya is not a standalone licensee. It sits inside a row belonging to TOPBET TECH CORP. (Topbet), whose main brand is Gbet. Gperya is one of six sub-brands in that row, next to 6bet, Gtaya, GGpanalo, gtongits and G777.

The register's column headings explain why there are exactly six. The main brand column is labelled "Max of 1" and the sub-brand column "Max of 6". Topbet has filled the sub-brand allowance to the limit.

If you are trying to work out whether a Gperya page is covered, you are really asking about Topbet's row. There is no separate Gperya licence to look up.

Entry No. 52, Cell by Cell

This is the row exactly as printed on PAGCOR list A, as of 27 Aug 2026, entry No. 52:

Register columnEntry No. 52
Gaming System AdministratorTOPBET TECH CORP. (Topbet)
Game OfferingElectronic Bingo Games; Electronic Casino Games; Sports Betting; Specialty Games

Sub Brand6bet; Gtaya; GGpanalo; gperya; gtongits; G777

Sub-domaingtaya.com; 6bet.com; ggpanalo.com; gperya.com; gtongits.com; g777.ph
Additional URLGspin.ph; Gstar.ph; goxbet.ph

That is ten hostnames in total. Only one of them carries the Gperya name.

None of the four game offerings carries an asterisk, the mark the register's footnote reserves for offerings not yet in commercial operation. The three additional URLs (Gspin, Gstar and goxbet) do not match any brand named in the row. The register approves them as addresses, but it does not say which brand they belong to.

The 20 August 2026 edition of the same register shows this row word for word the same. Topbet does not appear on PAGCOR's other register, the one for licensed casinos. Searching its full text for gperya, gbet or topbet finds nothing. It is also absent from PAGCOR's August 2024 list of gaming system service providers and from the list of internet gaming licensees. Neither absence changes the 2026 entry.

A Root Word That Is One Letter Long

Every row on the administrators register has a root word, the stem the company's brand names are built on. Most are real words or clear stems: Plus, Fil, Laki, Play, Zone, Mega. We pulled the root word cell for all 59 entries on the 27 August 2026 edition. Entry No. 52 is the only one whose root word is a single character, and it has two of them: the letter G, or the digit 6.

That short root is why the brand names in this row look so generic. The letter G opens hundreds of words, and the register reflects that: separate companies hold GGPoker, GameX, Gamezone and Game88, among others. None of those is related to Topbet.

For a player, the practical effect is simple. "It starts with G, so it must be part of the Gbet family" tells you nothing. A one-letter stem gives an imitator almost nothing to copy and almost nothing for you to check against. The ten hostnames in the table are the only test that works.

"Perya" Is Not a Trademark on This List

Perya is the Filipino word for the travelling carnival: the peryahan, the colour-dice booth, the ring toss. Our explainer on Color Game and where the perya classic is legal covers the game itself. Here, the question is who else uses the word.

On the 27 August 2026 administrators register, "Perya" appears inside brand names in seven other rows as well as Topbet's. PeryaPlus is in entries No. 1 and No. 12, 123Perya in No. 36, PeryaPlay in No. 37, LakiPerya in No. 45, WOWPerya in No. 57 and MegaPerya in No. 59. That is six different Perya brands registered by other companies.

So a site calling itself "G Perya", "Perya G" or anything close is not automatically Topbet's, and it is not automatically anyone's. The word describes a type of game. It does not identify a licensee.

One Registered Address, and the Same Site on Others

On 19 September 2026 we opened all ten hostnames in the row from outside the Philippines. All ten resolved and returned HTTP 200. Nothing was blocked, parked or dead. Because we tested from abroad, we cannot see exactly what a visitor in the Philippines sees.

gperya.com loaded a page titled "GPerya: PAGCOR-Licensed Online Casino in the Philippines". Six of its sister addresses use the same title with only the brand name changed. Several of the ten also carry the same promotional line in the preview text a page shows when it is shared on social media, which calls the platform the most trustworthy online casino in the country and promises unlimited withdrawals. That is the operator's own marketing. The register does not say it, and we have not tested it.

Then we tried the addresses a player might type or be sent to instead. We checked sixteen spellings built on the name: other country endings, a hyphenated form, and versions with "app", "casino" and "ph" attached. None of the sixteen is on either register. All sixteen resolved to a live server.

What the unregistered spelling didHow many
Served the same Gperya application, with the same build identifier as gperya.com3
Hosted its own page under the Gperya name5
Showed a network security block page7
Returned not found1

The first row is the finding that matters. Two of those three forwarded the visitor to the registered address with tracking tags added to the link. The third served the identical application in place, so the address bar never changed to gperya.com. From the page alone you cannot tell who runs that address, and neither can we.

The five standalone pages were a mix: guide-style pages, an "app" page, and one headlined with a bonus claim. Three of them display the PAGCOR name. We are not printing any of these sixteen addresses.

Here is the rule this gives you. A page can look exactly like Gperya and still be on an address the register does not cover. The register approves gperya.com. It does not approve a design, a logo or a login screen.

What People Actually Search, and What the Register Can Answer

Google's autocomplete in the Philippines on 19 September 2026 shows what people want to know. These are suggestions, not search counts.

"gperya pagcor-licensed online casino in the philippines." This suggestion appears in both English and Tagalog settings, and it repeats gperya.com's own page title almost word for word. When a search suggestion echoes a site's own title, it tells you how the site describes itself. It is not PAGCOR speaking. Entry No. 52 is.

"is gperya legit or not reddit." People want an answer from someone other than the operator. That is fair, and it is why this page cites the register itself rather than a forum thread.

"gperya withdrawal problem." This shows up on its own, and in the Tagalog setting as "gperya withdrawal problem philippines today". We have not deposited or withdrawn here, so we cannot say whether payouts are slow. What we can say is that a licensee on the register falls under PAGCOR, which gives you a formal route. Our guide to filing a PAGCOR complaint when a licensed casino delays a withdrawal walks through it. Start with a written ticket to the operator that includes dates and amounts, and only then escalate. That route only works if the address you used is gperya.com, not one of the lookalikes above.

"gperya redemption code" and "gperya code." Neither register has a column for codes, promotions or bonuses. A code posted on a social page cannot be checked against these documents in either direction. Our piece on free bonus Facebook pages covers how those posts usually work.

"gperya app", "gperya install", "gperya apk." The registers have no app column either. We found no app from TOPBET TECH CORP. in the Philippine App Store or on Philippine Google Play on 19 September 2026. The company's name appears zero times across all our searches, and no listing is titled Gperya. gperya.com does publish a web-app manifest, which lets a phone keep a shortcut to the site that still opens the registered address. An installer file from anywhere else is a different thing, and our note on casino app downloads explains why it cannot be verified.

What Entry No. 52 Does Not Tell You

The row proves that on 27 August 2026 PAGCOR printed this company, these seven brand names and these ten hostnames. That is all it proves.

It is not our recommendation. We have not reviewed Gperya, and we cannot tell you how its games, verification or payouts behave. It does not cover the sixteen unregistered spellings we tried, including the three that looked identical. It does not confirm any bonus, code or promise of unlimited withdrawals. And it is a snapshot: a later edition can add or drop addresses.

Things we looked for and could not find: we found no PAGCOR advisory naming Topbet, Gbet or Gperya. That covers only what PAGCOR publishes; a search of its public website cannot see a regulator's internal records. We also found no licence number, company registration detail or ownership information for Topbet on pagcor.ph, so we are not repeating anything claimed about it elsewhere.

PAGCOR's warning of 28 December 2022 puts the rule in one line: "Any link that is not posted in the PAGCOR website (www.pagcor.ph) is considered illegal."

Checking the Address in Your Own Browser

You do not need to take our word for any of this. The full method is in our guide to confirming a PAGCOR-licensed casino, and our explainer on fake PAGCOR seals covers the logo trick. For Gperya specifically:

  1. Tap the address bar and read the whole domain, ending included. For Gperya the register lists one: gperya.com.
  2. If you arrived through a link, look where you ended up, not where you started. A redirect that lands on gperya.com is a very different situation from a page that stays on an unlisted address.
  3. Find entry No. 52 yourself in the administrators list, linked from the Electronic Gaming Licensing Department page on pagcor.ph.
  4. Confirm the PDF's as-of date before relying on anything in it.

The operators this site has reviewed are BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, OKBet, Solaire Online, GGPoker.ph, Casino Plus, GameZone and NuSTAR. Gperya is not one of them, and this page does not link to it.

If Money Is Already Sitting on a Gperya-Named Site

First, look at the address bar. If it is not gperya.com, stop depositing until you know who runs it. Take screenshots now: the full address, your account name, your balance and every transaction reference. Pages on unregistered addresses can vanish.

Next, open your GCash or Maya history and read the recipient on each transfer. A registered merchant name and a personal wallet number are two very different situations.

If the site is gperya.com and a payout is stuck, use the operator's own support in writing first, then the PAGCOR route in the complaint guide linked above. If it is any other address, call the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center hotline, 1326, to report it. We could not open the CICC website on 19 September 2026 (it answered HTTP 403), so the number is all we are printing.

Online gaming in the Philippines is for adults aged 21 and over. If chasing a withdrawal has turned into chasing losses, PAGCOR's responsible gaming page lists (02) 8248-9568, and our self-exclusion and helpline guide explains how to lock yourself out of licensed sites. A licensed address shows you where to complain. It does not protect your bankroll.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Gperya legit in the Philippines?

It is on the register. Gperya is a sub-brand in entry No. 52 of PAGCOR's list of accredited gaming system administrators, dated 27 August 2026, under TOPBET TECH CORP. (Topbet), whose main brand is Gbet. The only Gperya address in that row is gperya.com. We have not reviewed the platform, so we cannot speak to its games, verification or withdrawals.

Are Gperya and Gbet the same company?

On the register, yes. Entry No. 52 lists TOPBET TECH CORP. as the administrator, Gbet as the main brand and gbet.com as the main domain, with six sub-brands: 6bet, Gtaya, GGpanalo, gperya, gtongits and G777. The row covers ten hostnames in total. Gperya does not have a separate PAGCOR entry of its own.

Is every Gperya website covered by the PAGCOR listing?

No. The row names gperya.com and no other Gperya address, and there is no .ph or .com.ph version of the name in it. On 19 September 2026 we tried sixteen unregistered spellings of the name. All sixteen were live, and three served the same Gperya application as gperya.com, one of them without redirecting to the registered address. A page that looks identical is covered only if the address bar shows gperya.com.

Does the register confirm a Gperya redemption code or fast withdrawals?

No. Neither PAGCOR register has a column for codes, bonuses, promotions, apps or payout speed. A code shared online, or marketing that promises unlimited withdrawals, cannot be confirmed or ruled out by these documents. If a withdrawal on gperya.com is delayed, put your request to the operator in writing first, then use PAGCOR's complaint channels. Gaming is for players aged 21 and over.
