Overview
Casino Plus is the online brand of a land-based Philippine casino operator, and it sits on PAGCOR's register. That is what this page is: a record check. It is not a review — we have not played there, so there is no score.
PAGCOR's List of PAGCOR-Approved Registered Brand and Domain Names/URLs of Licensed Casinos, as of 20 August 2026 carries Casino Plus at entry No. 7, filed under Stotsenberg Leisure Park & Hotel Corporation and Frontier Capital Group Limited. The same entry gives casinoplus.com.ph as the main domain, Plus as the root word and CASINO PLUS ONE as the sub brand. The PDF is a free download from pagcor.ph; we pulled it again on 7 September 2026 (HTTP 200) and it came back byte-for-byte identical to the copy we archived the day before.
What we could not do is look at the site. Every request to casinoplus.com.ph on 7 September 2026 returned HTTP 403 and a page titled "Casino Plus Restriction Page", which reads: "Due to legal reasons, our platform is only available in the Philippines." We were connecting from outside the country, so that is consistent with what the operator says about itself — and it is also why the cashier, bonus and withdrawal details further down say "not verified" instead of carrying numbers we would have had to borrow from somewhere else.
We have no affiliate relationship with Casino Plus. The Visit link on this page points at the main domain printed in the PAGCOR entry, and we earn nothing if you use it.
Games & software
The only game list we can stand behind is the regulator's own. Entry No. 7 records the Suite of Games as: Live Baccarat; Live Dealer Roulette; Slots; Virtual Games; Live Color Games. That is the scope the licence covers. It is not a catalogue, not a game count, and not a guarantee that each one is running in the app today.
Live Color Games is the line worth pausing on. Colour game is the perya table — the dice-and-colours game from the town fair — dealt live on camera instead of under a tent. If you have never met it outside a fiesta, our guide to colour game online explains how the payouts work and where it is legal to play.
Which studios supply the slots, we cannot tell you. PAGCOR's licensed-casino register does not record game providers, and with the site returning 403 we could not read the operator's own lobby. Provider lists for this brand exist on other sites; none came from a source we could check, so we are not repeating one here.
Bonuses & promotions
We have no bonus terms to report, and we are not going to invent any.
The PAGCOR entry does register a block of promotion-flavoured domains for this brand — names built around "promo", "deals", "offer", "rewards", "freebie" and "event". That tells you the operator runs campaigns on dedicated URLs. It tells you nothing about amounts, wagering multiples or expiry rules, and we could not open the operator's own promotions page from outside the Philippines.
So there is no welcome-bonus figure on this page, no free-credit amount of any kind, and no turnover requirement quoted. Offers circulating on social pages and download sites that carry this brand name are not the operator. The terms inside your own account are the only version that binds anyone.
Payments & withdrawals
Not published — or at least, not published anywhere we could read from outside the Philippines.
The payment fields on this entry are deliberately empty. We did not fill in "GCash, Maya, bank transfer" just because that is the standard set for the Philippine market: guessing is how wrong information spreads, and a payment list is exactly the kind of detail people act on. casinoplus.com.ph returned HTTP 403 to every request on 7 September 2026, so we could not open a cashier, a fees page or a withdrawal-times page. Minimum deposit: unknown to us. Withdrawal processing time: unknown to us. Fees: unknown to us.
If you are in the Philippines and the site loads for you, the cashier screen and the operator's help centre are the sources worth trusting. Screenshots on third-party pages age badly and are trivial to fake.
Licensing & safety
The licence attaches to a list of URLs, not to the words "Casino Plus". PAGCOR's own press release on illegal gambling sites puts it plainly: "Any link that is not posted in the PAGCOR website (www.pagcor.ph) is considered illegal." (pagcor.ph press release, checked 7 September 2026, HTTP 200.)
So here is the whole set from entry No. 7, as plain text — the point is to compare a link character by character, not to click one.
Main domain: casinoplus.com.ph
Additional URLs registered under the same entry: peryaplus.com, www.casinoplusonline.com, www.casinoplusonlineph.com, www.casinopluspromo.com, www.casinoplusdeals.com, www.casinoplusoffer.com, www.casinoplusevent.com, www.casinoplusrewards.com, www.luckyplusrewards.com, www.luckyplusbonus.com, www.casinoplusfreebie.com, www.casinopluspromo.com.ph, www.casinoplusdeals.com.ph, www.casinoplusoffer.com.ph, www.casinoplus.event.com.ph, www.luckyplusrewards.com.ph, www.luckyplusbonus.com.ph, www.casinoplusrewards.com.ph, www.casinoplusfreebie.com.ph, www.luckyplus.com, www.casinoplus.com, casinoplus.ph, www.colorgame.com.ph, www.spinmaster.com.ph, www.superace.com.ph, www.tablegame.com.ph, www.casinofortunegate.com, www.casinoplus.com.ph, www.fgc88.com, www.fortunegatecasino.com, casinoplus.com, m.casinoplus.com.ph, www.casinoplus.ai
Three of those strings — www.casinoplus.com, www.casinoplusonline.com and www.casinoplusonlineph.com — are printed twice in PAGCOR's own document; the repetition is in the source, not in our transcription. Counting each once, the entry names 34 distinct URL strings. Anything outside that list is not covered by this entry, however convincing the logo on it looks. Sites using this brand name on unregistered domains do exist — we are not naming or linking them, because the check that actually works is the list above, not a blocklist that will always be out of date.
Pull the register yourself from pagcor.ph/regulatory/cegs.php (HTTP 200 on 7 September 2026) and search the PDF for "casinoplus".
One more cross-check that costs nothing: the seller name on an app listing. The Philippine App Store listing "Casino Plus PH" shows its seller as Stotsenberg Leisure Park and Hotel Corporation — the same company named first in entry No. 7 — running version 4.1.23 when we checked on 7 September 2026. A search of the Philippine Google Play store the same day returned no listing from that company; the results carrying this brand name came from other developer accounts. We are not naming them, linking them, or pointing you at an APK file. An app that the registered company did not publish has not been checked by anyone you could appeal to afterwards, and a version number is not a credential — the publisher name is.
Two gaps we will not paper over. Frontier Capital Group Limited, the second company on entry No. 7, is a name we could not verify from any primary source we could reach, so we do not know what it does in this arrangement; we are also not quoting the offshore licence number that circulates on affiliate pages, because we could not find it anywhere on pagcor.ph. And Hotel Stotsenberg's own website (HTTP 200 on 7 September 2026) describes a hotel in the Clark Freeport Zone, the former Clark Air Base — with no mention of the online brand anywhere in its readable text.
Verdict
Casino Plus is on PAGCOR's licensed-casino register with a land-based operator behind it, and that is a real, checkable fact. It is also the only kind of fact this page carries. We have not deposited, not withdrawn, not seen a bonus term and not taken a commission, so we have given no rating.
If you are considering it, three things are worth doing before any money moves: check the exact URL you are on against the list above, confirm the app's seller name matches the company on the register, and read the cashier terms inside the account rather than on any page that merely talks about the brand.
You must be 21 or older to play at a PAGCOR-licensed operator. If gambling is costing you more than money, PAGCOR's responsible gaming line is (02) 8248-9568, published at pagcor.ph/regulatory/responsible-gaming.php (checked 7 September 2026). Set your limit before you start, not after.
