Best PAGCOR-Licensed Casinos That Accept Maya (Verified September 2026)

One thing applies to all five: since August 2025, when BSP ordered gambling links stripped from wallet apps, you cannot reach a casino from inside the Maya app — you go to the operator's own cashier and pay from there.
We rank by how strong the operator's own evidence is, not by how loudly an affiliate page claims "instant Maya". An unverified row here is not an accusation; it means the cashier sits behind a login or a geo-block and we would not stand behind a number we did not see.
One thing to square before you click through: our platform pages list Maya as a payment method on all five, because those listings carry what each operator publishes about its own cashier. This page is the narrower claim — what we could still see on a first-party page when we went back to check, which was two of the five. Where the two disagree, the cashier you reach after logging in is the version that counts.

Where those two confirmations came from
- ArenaPlus. The ArenaPlus listing on the Philippine App Store, published by AB Leisure Exponent, Inc. — the DigiPlus subsidiary that runs the platform — says the app offers "fast deposits and withdrawals via GCash and Maya", and repeats it as a bullet feature. The listing was updated in August 2026.
- OKBet. The site description okbet.com serves on its own pages reads "Enjoy fast payments via GCash and Maya and secure mobile app". That is OKBet describing OKBet, which is the standard we want.
- Solaire, the honest version. Solaire Online's cashier is not publicly readable. What is readable is FUNaloMAX, the separate online platform Bloomberry Resorts launched in July 2026 and markets as "a product of Solaire": its App Store listing names "Maya and DragonPay" as its payment gateways. Same company, different product. Treat it as a strong hint about Bloomberry's payment stack, not as proof about Solaire Online.
No operator publishes a minimum Maya deposit on a page we can read, so every cell in that column says so. Affiliate pages quoting a tidy ₱100 are quoting each other. How you actually pay with Maya now
Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Memorandum M-2025-029, issued 14 August 2025, ordered BSP-supervised institutions to suspend in-app gaming access. Maya switched off the gambling links in its Games feature at 8pm on 16 August 2025; GCash did the same to GLife at the same hour, and the GCash Help Center still carries the notice. BSP said the suspension holds until it finalises its policy on online gambling payment services — more than a year later, it has not been lifted.
What that killed was the doorway, not the payment. Two different things:
- Gone: opening a casino from inside the Maya app, and pulling gaming-account funds back through it.
- Still there: logging in at the operator's own site or app, choosing Maya in the cashier, and approving the push payment in Maya.
So the flow is now: fund your Maya wallet first, then go to the casino directly. Maya's own site is worth reading before you size a deposit. It advertises raising your monthly wallet limit "from ₱50K to ₱100K" after an account upgrade, and it does not list gambling merchants anywhere — consistent with the post-memorandum world, where Maya is a rail and the casino is the storefront.
Which one fits you
ArenaPlus — start here if you bet on games, not reels
The Maya evidence is the cleanest of the five, and the product is honest about what it is: a sportsbook with PBA, NBA and PVL at the centre and a casino bolted on. OKBet — the widest menu, if breadth is what you want
OKBet publishes GCash and Maya support on its own site, and it spans more categories than anything else on this list: JILI and PG Soft slots, live perya colour game, sportsbook, esports. That breadth is the reason to pick it. It is also the reason to be careful — a platform that offers a rebate on every vertical makes it easy to drift from the one game you came for into four you did not plan on.
Solaire Online — the brand you already trust, with an evidence gap
Solaire is the Philippines' best-known resort name, and the online product leans premium and quiet rather than promo-heavy. We simply could not verify its Maya cashier ourselves. BingoPlus — the most Filipino product here, unverified on Maya
Live-streamed bingo and tongits, PBA and PVL sponsorship, and 10 million-plus players by the operator's own count. It is the platform that feels least like an imported casino skin. But its site blocks overseas visitors, so we could not read its cashier. It shares an operator with ArenaPlus, which makes Maya support likely — likely is not verified, and we are not going to print it as fact.
GGPoker.ph — for poker players only
The only PAGCOR-licensed poker room in the country, which makes it uncontested rather than merely good. Its Philippine cashier sits behind a login and its public domain redirects overseas visitors elsewhere, so Maya is unverified. What Maya is bad at
- The policy is provisional. BSP framed M-2025-029 as a suspension "until the BSP finalises the policy on online gambling payment services". A future circular could narrow casino payments further, and a method that works this month is not a method that is guaranteed next month.
- Acceptance is thinner than GCash. Every list of PH casino payment methods puts GCash first for a reason. If a platform only supports one e-wallet, it is usually the other one. GCash versus Maya has the head-to-head.
- Wallet limits bite before casino limits do. A ₱50,000 monthly wallet ceiling on an un-upgraded Maya account is a real constraint that has nothing to do with the casino.

Three of the five operator sites are unreachable from outside the Philippines, and we marked those rows unverified rather than filling them in from affiliate pages.
